Kind Teleprompter

This free teleprompter, with no subscriptions and no ads, follows your spoken voice in real time as you record videos. We don’t collect any of your data. You can read our full Privacy Policy.

Simply read your script aloud! The offline voice tracking engine matches your spoken words and automatically keeps your script aligned right where you are reading.

Why Did I Make It?

I needed a teleprompter, but didn’t want to ask a donor to pay for one, so I made my own. I think it turned out pretty well and it makes it easier to record videos. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful. It was made with love those who need a free and teleprompter.

Available Features:

Completely Offline Voice Tracking for privacy and reliability.
Built-in Video Recorder with front and back camera support, and camera exposure locking.
Voice Commands (not working yet): Say “Loving Kindness Start Recording”, “Loving Kindness Stop Recording”, “Loving Kindness Pause Recording”, or “Loving Kindness Resume Recording” while reading to control the camera entirely hands-free!
Tap Navigation: Tap on any word in the teleprompter to instantly jump to that place in the script.
Quick Script Creation: Kind Teleprompter accepts “shares”! Simply select any text from WhatsApp or other apps, tap “Share”, and select Kind Teleprompter to automatically create a new script.
Adjustable Video Resolution settings, customizable text display, and advanced voice tracking controls.

If highlighting lag distracts you, you can turn it off in the settings.

Note: The floating window (PIP) feature was removed due to technical challenges, such as audio conflicts on Android and strict PIP limitations on iOS.
